Type in the forum URL in Safari on your iPhone/iPad.

Press the Bookmark button located on the bottom in the middle (light up white in picture below).

Press "Add to Home Screen", then type the name you want the Icon to say.

BAM! Easy access to the forum from your Home Screen.
