Anyone knows this? It can help us in cup run! Crucial in makin 50% for one star at least

The buildings all count for an equal percentage. 50 buildings means each one is worth 2%. 40 would be 2.5%.
The display only shows whole numbers which are being rounded. So sometimes it may appear like some buildings give 2% while others give 3%. However that's not the case.
